So, I made a little pouch to hold the shoe sensor and it has worked really well (you can see photos of the pouch and get the explanation here: <A HREF="http://irong2015.blogspot.com/2007/01/keep-those-high-hopes.html" REL="nofollow">Keep Those High Hopes</A>).<BR/><BR/>It's fun and motivational... but there was running before there was Nike+. I've also heard that Garmin has some tracking tools as well. A few people I know are giving them a try.
